Rebiyye Ceferova has extensive experience in the public service sector, currently serving as the Deputy Head of the "YASHAT" Foundation and holding various senior consultant roles at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan since August 2014. Rebiyye has also contributed as a project manager for "ASAN Məktub" and as a member of the Global Shapers Community, Baku Hub, since 2019. Previous roles include serving as Vice Chairperson for "ASAN Volunteers" from December 2013 to August 2018 and participating as a volunteer at Baku "ASAN service" center No. 1 in 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Management from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution (2009-2014).
