Milana Mammadova is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and technological solutions. Currently serving as the Lead Adviser of the Project Management and Technological Solutions Department at the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan since February 2024, Milana previously held positions as a Project Manager at Edumedia-Azerbaijan LLC and as a Senior IT Project Manager at YusifliTech Digital Transformation Office. Responsibilities included leading project execution, defining project scope, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Milana also has experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, facilitating client engagement and implementing Agile methodologies. In addition to project management roles, Milana has served as a mentor in teaching programming and art, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a sub-bachelor's degree in Painting.
