Dustin Calim has held a variety of roles in the technology industry. In 2020, they began their current role as Head of Product at Stashrun. Prior to this, they were Design Director, Head of Product Design, and Software Architect at ALICE Technologies Inc. from 2016. From 2013 to 2015, they were CEO and Head of Product at Corqboard.org and Founder and Head of Product at Roomkick. In 2012, they were Lead Software Engineer at Questiny Group Inc. From 2008 to 2012, they held roles as Lead Research Analyst - Commercial Real Estate and Quantitative Research Analyst - Financial Modeling at the University of Central Florida. Finally, from 2002 to 2008, they were President of GotBoost.

Dustin Calim attended the University of California, Berkeley in 2021, where they completed the US National Science Foundation Innovation Corps (I-Corps) - Bay Area in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. From 2004 to 2010, they attended UCF College of Business, where they earned a BSBA in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship.
