Kevin Eliason began their work experience in 1996 as a Teacher at Cherry Coulee Christian Academy. Kevin then worked as a Teacher at Wild Rose School Division from 1999 to 2011. In 2012, they founded and became the President of Aurum North Mineral Exploration Inc., where they were responsible for planning, implementing, and managing exploration and mining operations. From 2016 to 2018, Kevin worked as a Thriving Mindset Leadership Trainer at Aurum Enterprises, delivering leadership development programs. Currently, they are serving as the COO at Stash - Elsi Inc., a design and manufacturing company specializing in offline password manager technology.

Kevin Eliason has a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Saskatchewan, which they obtained in 1996. Kevin then went on to become a Certified Coach Practitioner from the Certified Coaches Federation, completing their studies in 2014. Later, they pursued further education at Gary Carter Inc., where they became a Certified Thriving Mindset Trainer, completing their studies in 2016.
