Todd Hoy is an experienced professional in business development and legal affairs, currently serving as SVP of Deal Strategy, Business Development, and Traditional Partner Relations at Starz since August 2011. Previously held multiple senior positions at Starz, including SVP & Head of Business & Legal Affairs for International Networks and Distribution and Content Acquisitions. Prior to Starz, Todd worked at Dish Network from November 2006 to May 2011, where roles included Corporate Counsel and Associate Counsel for Programming. Todd holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Colorado, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Digital Media Studies from the University of Denver, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Arizona, and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
