Kelsey Carter is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning multiple roles in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as Sr. Coordinator at Starz since August 2021, Kelsey is responsible for scheduling meetings for senior HR leaders, processing invoices, creating reports, and managing employee data transactions. Previous roles include Recruiting Assistant at GUESS?, Inc., providing support for candidate tracking and onboarding processes, and as an Alumni Career Peer at Arizona State University, where Kelsey guided alumni in career development. Kelsey also gained international HR experience during an internship at London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, complemented by study abroad experience in International Marketing.
