Previous roles include IT Director and Senior Client Support Engineer at Steve Spangler Science, where Craig oversaw a diverse group of user devices and backend servers, and a Consultant at Digital Peaks Corporation, focusing on strategic planning and network design. Craig’s early career included technical support as a Mac Genius at Apple Computer, assisting a substantial customer base, and owning L&L Computer Services, which offered Macintosh education and support.
