Rachel Naylor's work experience includes multiple roles in the finance and real estate industry. Rachel began their career in 2006 as a VP of Loan Asset Management at LNR Partners, LLC, where they underwrote borrower requests and negotiated workouts for a significant loan portfolio. In 2017, they joined LNR Property, LLC as a VP of Surveillance, managing a multibillion-dollar CMBS portfolio and leading a team of rotational analysts. Rachel continued in this role until 2021 when they were promoted to SVP at Starwood Capital Group. In their current position, Rachel oversees the surveillance of a $200B portfolio of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities and leads a team responsible for reviewing CMBS deals.

Rachel Naylor attended the University of Michigan from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Rachel then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at the University of Miami from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, in 2005, they briefly studied at New York University for a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, although the field of study is not specified.
