Heath Herbig is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in real estate investment. Currently serving as Accounting Manager and Senior Real Estate Accountant at Starwood Capital Group since October 2012, Heath oversees a diverse portfolio of complex real estate investments. Previously, Heath held key positions at Carter, including Senior Accountant/Analyst and Senior Accountant - Property Management, managing multi-billion dollar portfolios and mentoring team members. Earlier roles at Prudential Real Estate Investors involved preparing consolidated financial statements for various portfolios, while initial experience included positions as Accountant at Action Integrated Marketing and Staff Accountant at Year One, Inc. Heath holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University.
