Erika Ghose is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in educational roles and marketing management. Currently serving as an educator at Bullis Charter School since July 2019 and as a Programs & Admissions Consultant at StartX since December 2022, Erika has previously held positions at Challenger School Foundation and Maderight, where skills in demand generation and client operations were developed. Erika’s marketing expertise is showcased through roles such as Sales and Marketing Manager at Shelterluv and Marketing Manager at Playlist, where strategies for brand development and social media engagement were executed. Erika also held a Programs Manager position at StartX, designing entrepreneurial programs and community-building activities for start-up founders. Erika holds a Master’s degree in Education from National University and a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University.
