Michael Rosenberg has diverse work experience in various industries. Michael is currently working as the Director of Programs at Startwise, where they focus on upskilling employees and developing skills training programs. In their role as Managing Partner at Limitless Harmony, they fostered a creative community and facilitated project collaboration. Michael also worked as an Executive Coach and Team & Culture Design Consultant at Future Africa, and as a Team & Culture Design Consultant at Volley.
Prior to these roles, Michael held the position of Head of Design, Learning at Andela, where they played a key role in designing comprehensive learning programs for software engineers in Africa. Michael was instrumental in the growth of Andela and received recognition for their impact on the business. Before that, they worked as an Education Consultant at The College of New Jersey, leading a collaborative art and culture project.
Additionally, Michael worked as a Community Outreach Lead and Acting Leader of Student Culture at Foundation Academy Charter School, where they implemented various programs to improve life outcomes for inner-city youth. Michael also served as a Weekly Contributor for Frederick Gorilla Magazine, writing and publishing online content.
Earlier in their career, Michael served as a Testing Coordinator at the University of Maryland Disability Support Service and as a Manager and Tour Guide at MacFawn's Green Rides, a pedicab startup company.
Michael Rosenberg completed their Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics with a focus on Immigration Control and International Politics at the University of Maryland in 2012. Additionally, in 2011, they studied Spanish Language, the Politics of Nationalism, and Spanish Art and Culture at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Later, in 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy with a specialization in Social Policy & Immigration at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
