Sakthivel Kaliappan is an experienced leader in the startup ecosystem, currently serving as Lead Organizer for Techstars Startup Weekend since October 2023, where the focus is on supporting entrepreneurial success through mentorship and networking. Sakthivel has been a Project Lead at Startup TN since September 2022 and founded RainMan in February 2019, overseeing its operations until November 2023. Additionally, Sakthivel co-founded World in Farm and held the position of Chief Experience Officer from March 2020 to September 2021. Prior experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Rainstock from May 2014 to January 2019. Sakthivel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Pandian Saraswathi Yadav Engineering College, completed in 2014.
