Joe Messina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, innovation, and advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Research, Advisory & Mentoring Practice Lead at StartupOS since January 2022, Joe focuses on democratizing access to critical resources for early-stage founders. Previous roles include VP of Products at StartupOS, Startup Advisor at punchSPROUT, and Strategic Advisor for multiple companies in critical infrastructure sectors. Joe has held leadership positions at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Batterii, and Spigit, contributing to product strategies and customer success initiatives. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kentucky.
