Omar Alonso is an experienced IT and Operations Manager currently serving at STAK Workplaces since July 2022 and as Information Technology Manager at StartupGDL since December 2019. At StartupGDL, Omar is responsible for the technological infrastructure serving over 300 users, managing internal collaboration platforms, and overseeing external development projects, including the establishment of the StartupGDL Datacenter and security policy implementations. Previously, from June 2015 to December 2019, Omar served as CSW & TIC Manager at IJALTI-Cluster Manager, where responsibilities included managing technology center operations, budget administration, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Earlier experience includes a role as IT Manager at Soluciones Telefónicas de Occidente, focusing on the functionality of systems for financial services and the integration of infrastructure projects per ISO standards. Omar holds a degree in Engineering in Computing from Universidad de Guadalajara, completed between 1998 and 2002.
