Meredith Sanders, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a member of the Business Operations & People team at Twelve Labs, focused on developing a multimodal AI that comprehends video. Additionally, Meredith co-owns and manages M.A.D.E. Nashville, playing a vital role in its operations since June 2023. Previous experience includes leading People and Culture initiatives at Novi, supporting sustainable product development, where Meredith contributed to enhancing transparency and sustainable materials in consumer branding. Prior to this, Meredith was Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition & Management at SocialSurvey and held several key roles at Eventbrite, including Head of Global Talent Operations, where significant achievements included hiring 25 employees with a remarkable retention rate. Early career experience includes customer service positions at SESAC and Clear Channel Radio. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media Communication and English from Middle Tennessee State University.
