Nikolay Manolov is an experienced technology and business leader with a diverse background in software development and management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Startup Moldova and as Chairman of the Board and CTO at XOR.ai, Nikolay has played a key role in advancing intelligent chatbot technology for recruitment. Previous positions include CEO of ELucru Agency, where innovative cloud-based CRM solutions were developed, and CTO at Sedona Ltd, focusing on ERP deployment and systems integration. Nikolay's early career included roles at the British Embassy as an interpreter, and various software development positions in the USA and Russia, alongside experience as a rocket engineer. Nikolay holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and has completed an IEF leadership training program.
