Arif Quronfleh has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Arif founded Tahmo, Inc. in 2018, where they aim to improve patient care through wearable medical devices that connect caregivers to patients. Arif is currently focused on developing a wearable thermometer for continuous body temperature monitoring. In 2019, Arif joined StartUp Health as a Health Transformer. Prior to that, they founded Vencipio, LLC (formerly AQ Consulting) in 2000, providing design, development, and manufacturing services for medical devices and consumer products. Arif served as the President of Vencipio until 2018. Arif has also been a business advisor and board member for Qualified Technologies since 2004, contributing to various aspects of the business and holding positions on the Board of Directors. Before that, Arif worked as a Product Lead in Electronics at Integra NeuroCare from 1998 to 2000. Arif started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Quest Diagnostics in 1996 and founded Adaptive Systems in 1994, a software development and consulting firm. In their earlier years, Arif worked as an R&D Engineer at Ami-Med Corporation from 1990 to 1994, where they were involved in the design, testing, and documentation of a continuous cardiac output monitoring system.
Arif Quronfleh obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, between 1987 and 1989. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical and Clinical Engineering, specializing in that field of study at the same university.
