Rino Kadijk has a diverse work experience in software engineering and DevOps roles. Rino started their career as a Java Developer at the Port of Rotterdam in 2015. Later, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at VANAD Enovation, where they contributed to the LSPConnect project. Rino also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Finalist, where they built a patient monitoring system for GGD. In 2018, Rino joined Rabobank ICT as a DevOps Engineer before moving to the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) in the same role. Rino then worked at DPG Media as a Senior Software Engineer for a short period. Rino's experience also includes working as a DevOps Engineer at QuandaGo, Enovation B.V., and Sentinels. Currently, they are working as a Site Reliability Engineer at StarTree, starting from June 2022.

Rino Kadijk has a diverse education history. In 2000, they began their studies at da Vinci College, where they focused on Computer Science for a duration of four years. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they attended Avans University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

While pursuing their undergraduate studies, Rino also had the opportunity to broaden their educational experience through a short-term program at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2006.

Throughout their education, Rino Kadijk has also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skillset. Notably, in 2007 and 2008, they achieved the Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) and Sun Certified Web Component Developer for Java 2EE (SCWCD) certifications, respectively, from Sun Microsystems. Subsequently, in 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.

In recent years, Rino has continued to expand their knowledge and expertise by obtaining various certifications related to cloud computing and information security. In 2017, they acquired the LPIC-1: System Administrator certification from LPI Nederland. Furthermore, they received the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification from (ISC)² in 2019, and the Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-103) certification from Microsoft in the same year. More recently, in 2020, Rino completed the Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate certification offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Finally, in 2021, they earned the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification from The Linux Foundation.
