Josie Wilde, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as the Group HR Manager at StarTraq Limited since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles in Human Resources at Oxford Nanopore Technologies from June to December 2023 and a series of positions including Global Human Resources Manager and Global HR Officer at Table Place Chairs from July 2022 to May 2023. Josie also worked as a People Advisor and Human Resources Assistant at the UK Atomic Energy Authority from November 2018 to July 2022, providing essential HR support and managing employee onboarding and data. Early career experience includes a role as a Human Resources Administrator and Finance Administrative Assistant at Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd from January 2017 to August 2018. Josie received an Extended L3 Diploma in Public Services from Abingdon and Witney College, where studies were completed in 2021, and prior education was completed at Didcot Girls'​ School from 2007 to 2012.
