Kischa Stroman has extensive experience in information technology and customer service, currently serving as Information Technology System Support at Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare since March 2022. Previously, Kischa worked at Express Scripts as a Customer Service Representative from November 2017, where responsibilities included maintaining customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries related to pharmacy benefits. Prior military experience includes serving as a Network Administrator in the US Navy from December 2013 to March 2015 and as Information Assurance Officer on the USS GRAVELY from May 2010 to November 2013, focusing on network stability, security audits, and system maintenance. Kischa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2010 and 2016.
