As the main founder of StartFinder with nearly 25 years of experience in a variety of roles in talent management and acquisition, it is Alan’s mission to help talent acquisition leaders develop proactive business strategies to better align their organizations and beat competitors to the right talent. Alan’s professional career began at the national firm Source Services in the Technology division where his dreams of starting a different kind of staffing firm first came to mind.

Alan is the Founder of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC). TALC is an association of over 100 corporate Talent Acquisition executives (Vice Presidents and Directors) representing over 45 organizations. TALC members include recruitment leaders from professional services firms, Federal contractors, and Fortune 500 companies.

Alan received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
