Rick Pavlov, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and design within the natural gas and industrial refrigeration sectors. Currently serving as Project Engineering Lead at Startec Compression & Process and Startec Service since January 2019, Rick has successfully led engineering projects focused on gas plant and amine plant design. Prior to this role, Rick contributed as a Project Engineer at Enerflex Ltd., specializing in the design and sizing of equipment for gas processing systems. Rick's career also includes positions at CIMCO Refrigeration, where refrigeration systems for industrial and recreational applications were developed, as well as project coordination roles at Shoppers Drug Mart and Research In Motion. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Project Management Extension Certificate from Mount Royal University.
