Johan Nilsson is the CEO and Founder of Startdeliver, a next generation Customer Success Platform that makes sense of large amounts of customer data from various sources. He is also the Co-Founder of Impact Academy Customer Success, where hands-on training programs for Customer Success Managers are provided. Johan previously served as the CEO Upsales International at Upsales Nordic AB and held various roles at Electrolux from 2004 to 2009. He holds a Masters in Engineering and Business Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
