Previously, Rodney has held roles such as Independent Consultant at AGILE CHAMELEON Limited, Lead Consultant at KNect365, Lead Consultant at Marsh McLennan, and Senior Consultant at EMC Consulting, where Rodney specialized in business process design, operating model development, business analysis, and project management. With a background in eCommerce management, Rodney has also worked at Jessop Group Limited and DSG International. Rodney holds a BA (Hons) in History of Art & Design from the University of the Arts London.
