Maria Poymanova has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Product Operational Specialist at GVA LaunchGurus Fund, where they managed event projects. From 2016 to 2017, Maria worked as a Q/A engineer at Teach mi, focusing on research and monetization strategies. In 2017, they joined Reckitt as a Trade Marketing Specialist, handling analytics, category management, and account management. Maria then moved to JTI (Japan Tobacco International), where they served as an Account Manager specializing in category and project management from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they joined adidas as a Product Manager, overseeing consumer experience onsite and in the app for the CIS and EMEA regions. Later, in 2022, Maria worked as an IT Project Manager for Product and Business Development at Cvety.kz, a startup in Kazakhstan. In this role, they focused on workflow optimization, time to market improvement, and client service enrichment. Currently, Maria is employed as a Product Manager at START.
Maria Poymanova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Higher School of Economics in 2014-2018. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and business at KU Leuven from 2017 to 2018. Maria then continued their education at the Higher School of Economics, where they earned a Master's degree in Project management from 2018 to 2020.
