Sanj Srikanthan is an accomplished leader in the humanitarian sector, currently serving as Chair of Start Network, Chief Executive Officer of ShelterBox, and Vice Chair of NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly. With a robust background in the International Rescue Committee from June 2010 to December 2019, Sanj held multiple roles including Senior Vice President & Executive Director overseeing Europe's offices and revenue generation. Previous positions include Deputy Executive Director responsible for policy development in Europe and Emergency Field Director leading humanitarian responses in conflict and disaster-affected regions. Sanj’s military experience as a Captain in the British Army further complements a strong educational foundation with Master’s degrees from Columbia and Sciences Po, and a BA from The University of Manchester.
