Joe Rojas has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Joe is currently the Co-Founder of Start Grow Manage, where they play a key role in the growth and management of the company. Joe is also a Charter Member of Virtual 5 O'Clock, an entrepreneur community focused on bettering mankind.

In the past, Joe served as the CEO, Chief Visionary, and Business Advisor at RedSapiens, where they developed the MAPP system to guide businesses in nurturing and strengthening the key components of a successful business. Joe also worked as a Tech Evangelist and Director of the Helix Education Division at Helix Systems, where they helped educate the public on cutting-edge technology.

During their time at Above PAR Advisors, Joe held the position of CTO and assisted mid-market companies in optimizing performance, analytics, and resiliency. Joe was the President of Nex5, Inc., an outsourced information services company, prior to that, where they managed all aspects of clients' networks.

Before their entrepreneurial journey, Joe served in the US Army as an Electronics specialist. Overall, Joe Rojas brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Joe Rojas has a diverse education history. Joe attended Landmark from 1999 to 2007, focusing on Ontology/Existentialism. In 2016, they completed a Business Educational Training program at Power Team International, specializing in Entrepreneurship. From 1990 to 1992, Joe served in the United States Army, receiving a degree as a Special Electrical Devices Repairer with a field of study in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician related subjects. Joe also attended Vistage Chair Academy in 2019 and 2020, earning the degree of Chair in Leadership Development. Additionally, Joe obtained various certifications, including Platinum Speaker Certified from Power Team International, Certified MAPP Coach and Course Instructor from RedSapiens, and a Certificate of Marriage Officiant Registration from the Office of the Mayor of New York City.
