Ariel Chaidez is an experienced professional in program management and training within the social services sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager at Start Early since May 2020, Chaidez also holds the position of National Trainer at Parents as Teachers National Center since February 2011. Previous roles include Training Manager, Senior Training and Technical Assistance Specialist, PAT Technical Assistance and Training Specialist, and Program Advisor at Ounce of Prevention Fund from April 2007 to May 2020. Earlier experience includes work as an MST Therapist at Hartgrove Hospital from June 2002 to April 2007, and internships at ChildServ and Youth Guidance. Chaidez earned a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Community and Administrative Practices from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1999 to 2002.
