Jeremy MacKechnie has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer support and operations field. Jeremy most recently served as the Head of People & Customer Experience at Starry, Inc. starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Subscriber Operations from December 2018 to July 2021 within the same company. Before joining Starry, Inc., Jeremy worked as the Director of Customer Care at the company from August 2015 to December 2018.
Earlier in their career, Jeremy served as the Director of Customer Support at DramaFever from October 2012 to August 2015. Jeremy also worked as a Senior Support Specialist at Aereo from February 2012 to October 2012.

Jeremy MacKechnie attended Fordham University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Jeremy'smajor was International Political Economy, with a minor in Spanish. In 2007, Jeremy also spent a semester at the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales, where they focused on Economics and Spanish.
