Elena Popescu has extensive experience in client relations and account management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Client Relations at StarNet since April 2012. Previous roles at StarNet include Key Account Manager, Billing Specialist, and Back-office Customer Support. Prior to joining StarNet, Elena worked as a Call Center Operator at OMV Petrom from September 2011 to March 2012. Elena holds a Licentiate degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
