John Berenbrok has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John started their career as a Quality and Performance Systems Engineer at Wabtec from 2005 to 2007. John then joined Mine Safety Appliances as an Industrial Engineer, progressing to the role of Senior Industrial Engineer & Operations Project Manager from 2007 to 2013. At Mine Safety Appliances, they led global new product development projects and implemented lean and six sigma tools to improve processes and products.

In 2013, John moved to c3controls where they held various roles including Manager, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager, and Product Manager.
