Joel Salmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Lendlease, currently serving as the National Manager Delivery and Infrastructure since February 2004. This role involves enhancing business processes, optimizing procurement, and risk mitigation within the Lendlease Communities portfolio. Previously, Joel held several Senior Development Manager positions overseeing major developments, including Shoreline, Springfield Lakes, Rocky Springs, and Alkimos Beach, as well as managing the Coolum Residences Development. Joel's career began with roles as Production Manager and Production Assistant, culminating in the successful finalization of the multi-award winning Varsity Lakes Development. In addition to professional achievements, Joel contributes to the Starlight Children's Foundation Australia as a Board Member on the State Advisory Board for Queensland. Joel's education includes management programs from INSEAD and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Honors) from The University of Queensland.
