Nauman Ahmad S has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Nauman worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Starlet Shoes, overseeing various departments and managing business development. Prior to that, they were the Head/General Manager at Mott MacDonald - MM Pakistan JV, responsible for the corporate HR function of various engineering divisions. Nauman also served as the Group Chief HR and Business Mandate at Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service LTD and worked as the Founder & Leader S at Office 360 LeaderS, providing organizational excellence services. Nauman Ahmad S has also held positions at Al Hassan Engineering Co. S.A.O.G. EPC, Presson Descon, Creative Management Consulting, Institute of Leadership and Management Pakistan, PAKTEL, and Indus Motor Company Limited.

Nauman Ahmad S obtained a DBA in Human Resources and International Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff from 1990 to 1991. Following that, from 1991 to 1992, they pursued an MBA in Strategy & International Business from the Cardiff Business School. In January 1996, Nauman Ahmad S obtained a certification as a Chartered Consultant from the American Consultants' League.
