Arta Shala Bakija serves as the Head of Finance at both StarLabs and Digital School since April 2023, focusing on IT services and consulting. Previously, Arta held the role of Accountant at Zagragja & Associates from July 2022 to March 2023, and served as a Senior Finance Officer at IuteCredit Europe from January 2018 to December 2021, with experience in microfinance. Arta also worked as a Finance Officer at Moneta Kosovo and as a Business Advisor for a World Bank-funded project with the Business Support Centre Kosovo. Early career experience includes a position as External Affairs Officer and Sales Promoter at Rain Works. Arta holds a Master's degree in International Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Management, both from Globus College.
