Amelie H. is an experienced professional in customer service and sales management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at Starlab Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, Amelie held various positions at cargo-partner from January 2012 to August 2020, including Manager of Sales & Quality for Reefer & Foodstuff in Western Europe and Manager of Sea Cargo Export. Amelie began as a Team Leader in Reefer & Foodstuff for Germany and progressed to a position overseeing exports. Amelie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, earned between 2013 and 2020.
