Kimberly Smuda is an accomplished professional in the field of audiology with extensive experience in customer relations and quality management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Quality and the Senior Director of Global Customer Relations at Starkey Hearing since May 2010, Kimberly has also held the role of Manager of Audiology in Customer Service and Senior Director of Customer Relations within the same company. Prior to joining Starkey Hearing, Kimberly was the Director of Audiology and Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin Madison from September 2006 to May 2010. Kimberly Smuda earned a Doctorate of Audiology from The University of Akron between 1996 and 2003.
