Andy Flowers has significant experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Agency Principal and holding various leadership positions at Starke Agency since August 2014. Prior roles include Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Risk Consultant. Prior to Starke Agency, Andy worked as an Associate Broker at CRC Insurance Services, Inc. from August 2012 to August 2014, and as an intern at both CRC Insurance Services and Markel Corporation, where valuable insights into underwriting and broker relationships were gained. Early internships at Decus Insurance Brokers Limited and Lucas Fettes provided exposure to the London Insurance Market and a comparative analysis of US and UK insurance policies. Andy earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Risk Management and Insurance from Troy University.
