Ville Ala-Nikula serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at STARK Finland, overseeing strategy, business development, M&A, and the Project Management Office since April 2020. Prior to this role, Ville held the position of Director of M&A and Corporate Development at Cramo Group from September 2018 to April 2020, and worked as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at EY from May 2014 to August 2018. Earlier professional experiences include a Strategy Consultant role at IBM from 2009 to 2014 and a Project Manager position at Lionbridge in 2007-2008. Ville holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Jyväskylä and an MBA from Middlesex University.
