Arina Savu has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Arina began their career at Nokia in 1995, where they worked as an Analog IC design engineer, Chief engineer, and eventually became an Analog IC team manager. Arina then transitioned to roles in operational development and business planning, participating and leading projects in the R&D environment. As an Account Manager, they were the main representative for portfolio management process definition and IT tool specification and development. At Microsoft, Arina worked as a Business Project Manager and Analyst, collaborating with business and IT teams to collect and publish product data for consumers. Arina also played a key role in defining, developing, and testing a new PDM system. Currently, Arina is employed at Staria, where they started as an ERP and International Accounting Trainee. Arina later became a NetSuite Consultant before assuming their current position as the Head of NetSuite Customer Service.

Arina Savu obtained a Candidate degree in Economics and Business Administration from Turku School of Economics from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned an MSc degree in Physics, Electronics & Telecommunication from the University of Turku from 1992 to 1995. Arina also holds a Candidate degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1986 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Arina has obtained several certifications, including NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation and NetSuite Certified Financial User from NetSuite, as well as various edX Honor Code Certificates and certifications in Prince 2 and ITIL 2011 Foundation.
