Christopher Seidel has worked in various roles in the supply chain and operations industry since 2007. Christopher began their career at DENSO as a Co-op in 2007. In 2009, they moved to Edwards Lifesciences as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they provided support to global transportation and global distribution teams, documented complex rules for cost allocations, and implemented a global 3rd party freight auditing and payment partner. In 2012, they joined ZT Systems as a Sr. Demand and Pricing Analyst, where they developed a RFP/RFQ response tool and created automated inventory reports, COGS reports, and a price/cost reconciliation process. In 2015, they began working for Victoria's Secret as a Senior Operation's Planner and Operation's Planner, managing various beauty categories for both replenishment and new product launches, overseeing the development and work of two direct reports, and initiating and executing cross-functional projects. In 2017, they became the Supply Chain Director for Pat McGrath Cosmetics, where they were responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, and was the project lead for the implementation of NetSuite, transition of 3PL warehouse to increase SLAs and reduce costs, and helped reduce product launch lead time by 60%. In 2019, they became the President of White Horse Solutions, LLC, a supply chain consulting firm, where they were the creator and sole operator of the firm. In 2021, they joined Starface World as the Senior Director of Operations and Director of Operations.
Christopher Seidel attended Michigan State University from 2004 to 2009, earning a degree in Applied Engineering Sciences/Supply Chain with a focus in Engineering and Supply Chain. In July 2012, they obtained the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from APICS.
