Rohil Aniruth began their career in 2013 as a Partnered YouTube Content Creator for YouTube. In this role, they created a pioneer YouTube channel in South Africa and produced the "Internet Famous" documentary, featuring big influencers. In 2016, Rohil became a Contributing Writer for Hyperallergic and a Culture Writer, Blog Contributor for BroadbandTV X The Huffington Post's Outspeak. In 2017, they became a Contributor for Elite Daily. In 2019, Rohil joined Simple Machine as a Narrative Design Intern, where they developed early story content and rough drafts. Rohil was then promoted to Writer & Narrative Designer, where they wrote the game Infinite Jonathans and worked on the Pop The Lock franchise. Later that year, they joined All Ages of Geek as a Producer, creating video, podcast, and social media content. In 2020, they became a Scenario Writer for Rooster Teeth's Recreyo! animated series. Most recently, in 2021, Rohil joined Stareable as a Content Development, Design Lead for Stareable Fest.
Rohil Aniruth attended Parklands College from 2002 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Rohil then attended the New York Film Academy from 2014 to 2015, where they completed a 1 Year Acting Conservatory with a focus in Acting for Film & Television. Finally, they attended Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Design and Technology B.A. with a focus in Video Game Design/Creative Technologies.
