Lauren Moore is an accomplished UX design leader with extensive experience in driving user experience strategy across various digital platforms. At Starburst, Lauren serves as the Director of UX, focusing on customer-facing products like the Starburst Enterprise Platform and Starburst Galaxy. Prior to this, Lauren held the role of Director of UX, Product at Monotype, managing a geographically diverse team and overseeing all digital touchpoints, including e-commerce websites and mobile applications. Lauren's earlier positions include Director of UX, Digital Commerce, and Director of Foundry Success at Monotype, as well as UX Manager of Product at Acquia, where Lauren led the design of company products and developed the Acquia Design Language. With a rich background that includes leadership roles at Bridgeline Digital and Magnetic, Lauren combines creative vision with strategic expertise, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Florida.
