As a podcast host and producer for "What Do You Know To Be True?", Roger explores insightful topics. Additionally, Roger contributes as a board member for Global Visionaries and has held the position of Senior Manager in Organization Transformation within People Advisory Services at EY. Previously, Roger was the Solution Lead for Organizational Transformation and Change Management at PeopleFirm. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara and is currently pursuing a Coach Training Certification in Leadership Coaching from SeattleCoach.
