Dana Pellicano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product at Starbucks since May 2023, Dana previously held the position of President at Patina Restaurant Group from May 2022 to May 2023. Dana’s career at Marriott International spanned a decade, with roles including Vice President of Global F&B for the US and Canada and Senior Director of Restaurant and Bar Design. Dana also held positions at Loews Hotels & Co and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, contributing to both operations and beverage development. Educational qualifications include a BA in International/Intercultural Studies from Fordham University and further studies at New York University.
