Damarys Hawkins is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering for PageGroup in the UK and MEA since August 2021. Prior to this role, Damarys held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Intertek from August 2018 to August 2021, and was an HR Business Partner for Europe and Africa at the American Bureau of Shipping from June 2014 to November 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Human Capital Manager for Europe at Russell Reynolds Associates from April 2010 to June 2014, and various resourcing roles along with HR Advisor/HRBP positions at Barclays Bank PLC from November 2005 to April 2010. Damarys holds a MA in Personnel & Development (CIPD certified) from the University of Westminster and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Bangor University.
