Carlos Horton, MS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor and employee relations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Labor Relations Consultant at Starbucks since July 2024, Carlos previously held positions such as Senior Labor and Employee Relations Specialist at the Defense Contract Management Agency, where responsibilities included regional oversight of labor relations for multiple aerospace companies. Carlos also served as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, providing guidance on disciplinary actions while collaborating with legal and security teams. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Generalist at Scientific Research Corporation and Senior Human Resources Manager at Berkeley Community Mental Health Center, focusing on employee relations, performance issues, and HR best practices.
