Lisa Bauer currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Starboard Cruise Services, where oversight includes strategies and operations for the cruise industry's premier retailer and its sister company, Onboard Media, managing a workforce of 2,500 across land and cruise ship operations. In addition to this role, Lisa holds the position of Vice President of Onboard Experience at Delta Air Lines, driving significant improvements in customer experience and flight attendant leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc., overseeing multiple operational sectors to enhance profitability and efficiency, and as Executive Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., where Lisa achieved record brand awareness and cost reductions. Lisa also held the title of Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Allegheny College.
