Ashish Parab has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, holding positions at reputable companies such as Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited, Kotak Life, HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd., Dodsal Enterprises (Foods Business - Pizza Hut & KFC), McDonalds India, and Tata Motors. Ashish has progressed through various roles throughout their career, culminating in their current position as Vice President Human Resources at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited since September 2021.

Ashish Parab completed their SSC at Barfiwala High School from 1985 to 1998. Ashish then pursued a B.Com in Commerce at Rutumbhara from 2001 to 2004. Lastly, they obtained an MBA in HR from MILS between 2004 and 2006.
