Ashish Mittal currently serves as the Senior Zonal Head HR for the North & East regions at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited, a position held since February 2019, where management of HR functions for approximately 2,400 employees is a key responsibility. Previously, Ashish held various HR roles at Hindustan Times from November 2011 to February 2019, focusing on manpower planning and hiring strategies. Prior experience includes positions at HDFC Life, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., and Bharti Enterprise. Ashish holds an MBA in Human Resources from the All India Management Association, completed from 2005 to 2007.
