Alex Jones is an experienced laboratory manager with a strong background in environmental health and safety (EHS) program management and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Lab Manager at Star Therapeutics since November 2022 and at Electra Therapeutics since January 2024, Alex oversees compliance with regulations including OSHA and EPA, and manages laboratory instruments and inventory. Previously, Alex held the same position at Gold Standard Diagnostics USA from November 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included staff training and risk mitigation under various federal and state laws. Alex's career began as a Lab Technician at Vitalant from August 2018 to October 2019. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Genetics and Genomics from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate's Degree in Mathematics from Lake Tahoe Community College.
